Picture Blinding.

Ohkay. We'll be transforming this:

into this: .

Now, open up PSP. Pick a picture. I'll be using this one - , you're welcome to use this one, or your own. Okay, put your image in PSP.

Now, go to EFFECTS > TEXTURE EFFECTS > BLINDS. When you're there, a box will come up with things you can change it to. Make you're box exactly like mine: [ the picture will be different if you're using your own picture ] -


After you have set those settings, click "OK". & there you have it! TA DUH! YOU'RE DONE! ;).

Extra Effects-
Ohkay. You can use other effects, such as something that looks like this:

To do that, just undo, everything you did, & add a GRADIANT. Hover it over the image, click the arrow button, & I set mine to SCREEN. Then I just re-added the blinds, ^ go above, if you don't understand, go & re-do the steps above. =]. If you don't have a clue what I'm talking about, you might want to check out, Gradiant Shading. ;). Then, come back & learn this. =]. Check out other effects, as well. You could set it to something else, for example, [ COLOR, SOFT LIGHT, etc ], OR, you can also change the blinds to horizontal, to do that, just check the "horizontal" box. & click "OK" & TA DUH! =]
