Step 001. First find a picture to use, or feel free to use the one I chose. Put it in PSP.
Step 002. Choose your color you're going to use for the blog.
Step 003. Click the Square Shape on the Tool Bar. If you don't see it, it looks something like this.... 
(It might be another shape, too. But you want the rectangle).
Step 004. Hover over your image and drag however big you want your rectangle to be.
Step 005. Upload it, and you're done! If you want to put text in it just use a sidebar (:
