Advanced Picture #3.
I'll be using this picture...
This picture was from mileyfansgallery.
1. Paste the picture as a new image.
2. Duplicate the picture. It's under layers
3. Set the "duplicate" to Hardlight 13%
4. Go back to the beginning picture, and go to: Adjust -> Brightness & Contrast -> Brightness & Contrast.
5. Set it... BRIGHTNESS: 15. CONTRAST:15.
6. Go to Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Hue/Saturation/Lightness.
7. Edit: Master. Add 20 to the Saturation.
8. Go to: Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance.
9. Put in... Cyan (first on left): -100.| Magenta (in the middle): -38.| Yellow (first on right): -28. Midtones. Check the box: PRESERVE LUMINANCE
10. Go to: Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance.
11. Put in... Red (first on left): 51.| Green (in the middle): 24.| Blue (first on right): 20. Midtones. Check the box: PRESERVE LUMINANCE
