Here's advanced picture NUMBER TWO. :] This was made by me.. = No stealing!! This was made in PSPX2, but you can use this tutorial in any other version.

1. Paste the image above as a new image.
2. Duplicate the picture. It's under layers.
3. Set the duplicate to Screen 69%.
4. Go back to the beginning picture, and make a new Art Media layer. Go to Layers -> New Art Media layer -> Canvas Texture. Click the ENABLE FILL COLOR checkbox.
5. Fill it in with the color #af78b0.
6. Set it to: Overlay 79%.
7. Make a new Art Media layer, and fill it in with #000040.
8. Set it to Screen 100% .
9. Make a new Art Media layer, and fill it in with #f8f52c.
10. Set it to Overlay 32% .
You're final result should like look this:
