The Basics -- [Family & Friends]
Being a 14 year old girl isn't easy at all. It's actually very complicated, but yet so very interesting at the same time. I live in a family of 4...Mom, Dad, a nine-year-old brother, and then...myself. My family is amazing, they support me through everything I do. I am very grateful to be in the family that I am... we all get along, well, overall. We live in a nice house, a nice neighborhood, and let's just say... I'm very lucky to have all of the stuff I have. A cell-phone, a very nice laptop, an iPod, wonderful clothes, and so on. I get along with my parents, even though, yes, we get into it sometimes. But then again, don't all kids & their parents? My 9 year old brother, well, we get along, sometimes. And you know how that goes...I'm sure most of you have siblings, or what not. You love them, but they can just annoy the freaking crap out of you. And they know just how to push your buttons too.Me and my mom are very close. We always have been. It's so nice because I can tell her anything, I don't have any problems whatsoever about keeping stuff from her. I know it's hard for some people...but I'm very lucky to have the mom that I have. I love her so much.
My brother and I fight a lot. He knows just how to push my buttons and annoy the crap out of me. And yet, at times, we get along. Hmmmm.. understandable, I guess. Yes, don't get me wrong, I love him. Don't we all love our siblings? I hope, anyways. At 9 years old he is very bright and fun to be around (well, that is when he's not bugging the crap out of me!!!). He's also really funny...anyways, I'm glad he's around, I also like being the oldest in my family, it's cool.
As far as my friends go...I have MANY amazing friends. They all support me through everything, even though I feel like they don't like me at times, I've recently learned who my true friends are. Yes, we get into little fights, but they're over retarded small things. We get over it. I have a group of about 10-15 girls who I hang out with...we all get along. Aside from the mini-fights we have at times. So, no, I don't have any particular "best-friend", I have a LOT of friends. I love them all, too! I do have friends that live in different states than me. One, named Cherykee, who I met on my cruise last summer. (If you read below I talk about the cruise a bit...)She's so amazing. I've been to visit her, and she's been to visit me, just recently, actually. I love her to pieces! :)
Sports & Other Activites
Well, as far as sports go....I am a cheerleader, (Yes, I know most of you say that it isn't a sport, but it is a sport! Believe me, I would know.), and I also play volleyball.Cheerleading. I am a school cheerleader. I tumble and am a flyer & and a back. (Tumbling...yes, I can do flips, backflips, etc, etc.) I did competitive cheer when I was younger.... I started cheering when I was probably 6 or 7, but I danced before that...I've had taken dance since I was probably 4. I dropped dance do I could cheer though, because since I was so young, it would have been way too hard to try to do both cheerleading and dance. So I've been cheering quite a while. It bugs the flippin' crap out of me when people say cheerleading isn't a sport! Well, gosh dang it. It IS a sport! All of the time and effort you put into it.... and with competitive cheerleading, the money. It's so expensive though....I love the competitions you go to. In junior high (well, at my school) we go to competitions. Anyways, I love it. I always have and always will.
Volleyball. I play volleyball all year around. I play school volleyball, club volleyball, and summer league volleyball. (Yes, I know, that's A LOT!) I am a setter, which means I have the second touch in the game. You know like...bump, set, spike? If any of you have heard of that. Which, I'm sure you have. :) I love volleyball, but I actually love cheer more than volleyball. They're both amazing sports!
Those are the only sports I play. I am not really that great of a singer, so I am not in choir. I actually probably should be in choir in high school...I sort of enjoy singing with groups. Just not by myself. It all depends. For this upcoming school year, I did not choose to be in junior high choir. I also enjoy watching college basketball (okay, only sometimes, haha!).
Life & So On....
Besides living in the awesome USA, I don't live in a very big town. Living in a somewhat small town is nice though. I'm not a fan of huuuuge cities, but I don't like extremely small towns either. The town I live in is just right. I have always lived in the same place, never have moved. I don't want to move either. Yeah, sure, living in a small town gets boring sometimes, but I live close to a bigger city that's only about 15 minutes away, so we go there to shop and what not. Being a virgo is very interesting. I like my birthday being in September, and being a virgo. I am a very honest person. I am a rule-follower. It scares me and, or, annoys me to do anything that is against the rules. I ask a lot of questions, which, isn't always bad...but my questions are always confidence questions, such as, appearance, or what not. I'm afraid of what people think about me. I like there to be a good impression. I also hate if someone's mad at me, it annoys the crap out of me. I am a very random person, I ask random questions, as well. My friends say I am very "blonde", even though I am a brunette.... I have a lot of blonde moments.I strongly dislike backstabbers...which I have experiences with, sadly. But then again...who doesn't? It happens to everyone. I guess it's just a part of life. Besides strongly disliking backstabbers, I don't like people who don't follow the rules... (as said above). I don't like the subject math. Yes, I'm okay at math..I've gotten straight A's through it, but I don't like the subject. I also don't like crumbs in my bed. Haha...which is kind of an inside joke between me and my friends. They always put crumbs in my bed whenever we have sleepovers and it annoys the crap out of me, because my bed is all itchy and crumb-ified!!!! But I don't let it get to me. I always laugh it off. I find it funny, actually. Unless it's really late and I'm not in the mood to deal with it. Weirdly enough, I don't like the Jonas Brothers. Yes, most of my friends think I'm crazy. I just don't see what's so important about them? If someone could let me know, then please do try. My friends have tried, and I simply don't listen to them. I actually pretty much refuse to listen to them. I don't think the Jonas Brothers are very good singers, and I don't find them attractive at all. But hey, that's just my opinion!
Yeah, I don't like a lot of things...but there is also a lot of things that I actually DO like! I like taking pictures. Hanging out with my friends. Playing the sports I love. My family, friends, & boyfriend. I like the subject english. I love the beach...and cruises. I've been on one cruise. I went on one May 26th-31st 2008 on the Carnival Ecstasy. Which, I loved to pieces, I met so many friends, who I am still friends with today. I am trying to talk my parents into letting us go on another one sometime soon. I enjoy listening to music, and being of the computer. And of course, graphic & website design. I love reading books. The Twilight series is absolutely amazing. As well as House of Night Series, Gossip Girl, Private Series, Blue Bloods, and the Clique Series...as well as many others. I like pop music, some rap, and some country. Not all of it though. I like a lot of TV shows...Glee, Gossip Girl, 90210, American Idol, The Biggest Loser, The Amazing Race, iCarly, The Suite Life on Deck, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Hannah Montana (okay, only sometimes...), Wizard's of Waverly Place.... and so on. I love Disney & Disney Channel. I spend so much time watching TV on Disney Channel, it's not even funny. I love a lot of movies, as well. The Titanic is one of my favorites. I watch it all of the time.. and every time I tell myself I'm not going to cry, and then, as always, I end up crying!! Such an amazing movie though. Kate Winslet does a FANTASTIC job in that movie..so does Leonardo... who, speaking of, is soooo cute in that movie...hey, does anyone agree with me that Leonardo DiCaprio and Jesse McCartney (with blonde hair) look alike!? Because, I think they do... and none of my friends agree with me! Haha. Anyways... I love other movies like, Mean Girls (ahh, such a good movie too!), Camp Rock, High School Musical 1,2, & 3, Bring It On 1,3, & 4, House Bunny, Hairspray, Legally Blonde 1 & 2, Elf, Step Up 1 & 2, Save the Last Dance... and so many more. Haha, I'm actually probably forgetting some. I also love to shop, I love getting clothes...my favorite stores (also listed at the very top), are Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aeropostale, JCPenny, & Kohls.
Random Facts.
- Edward Cullen (in the book/series, Twilight) is MINE and MINE ONLY!!!! <3- I love rollercoasters, and love going to theme parks.
- I hate tornadoes and thunderstorms. I literally freak out when I find out that we're under some storm watch or warning or something.
- I don't hate school, but I don't love it either.
- I looooveee pickles.
- I have bad allergies, and am allergic to dust. (and a bajillion other things too!)
- I love watching Disney Channel - Wizards of Waverly Place, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and yeahh!
- I LOVE the platypus on Phineas and Ferb on Disney Channel! Aww, he's so cute!
- Sassy, one of our cats, eats Doritos.
- I hate bugs and spiders. I scream when I see one.
- I loveee Guitar Hero World Tour! I play it all of the time... I can play on meduim.. and some songs on hard!
- I like to eat chips and ketchup. (I know, I'm weird...)
- I hate milk. I used to be allergic to it when I was little, and I've grown out of it but I still hate it.
- I have fake nails (yes, I got them done) they are sparkly-blue with a butterfly on my ring fingers.
- I am a Hollister addict. (That's my favorite store but I love AE, A&F... etc too).
- Yes, I actually like High School Musical (1, 2, & 3). I love the 3rd one, it's my favorite of the 3.
- I used to play VMK before it closed. Actually, I was a hugely addicted to it.. I was very sad when it closed. (I was Glamorousz on VMK)
- I also was Glamorousz on VMKGuide (or VMKG). -- Before that closed, as well.
